When you have a purpose life is a whole lot better. Sales coaching is our purpose. It is what we were born to do. Ronan was one of those kids who actually wanted to be a sales person when he grew up. He went to college to complete a BComm and realised he wasn’t cut out for the office. He wanted to be on the road, so he quit and did a sales training course.

He was lucky enough to start his career with Proctor and Gamble. They taught him the importance of planning, structure and discipline. And he loved it. Over the last 30 years, Ronan has learned so much from great mentors, great books, seminars, courses but most of all field experience. He has seen first hand what makes sales leaders. His obsession (yes he is obsessed with this stuff) is to teach as many sales people and sales leaders as he can,  everything he has learned.

Sales is the best career an individual can choose. It is also one of the toughest. It is 10 times harder when you don’t work to a process. When you don’t update your skills. When you don’t incorporate the latest technologies and sales enablement tools.

We want to give you all of those tools and make selling fun again for everyone. Hitting the numbers and getting the results is the best fun you can have in your chosen career. We are passionate about making learning fun and practical and easy to implement. It works. Insthinktive Sales Leadership Ltd. Is a small team of LearNERDS who share an obsession for sales leadership.

We have been in the shoes of the sales leaders we work with and recognise just how difficult it is to run a sales organisation when you are scaling quickly. It is easy to get overwhelmed by the complexity of the role. As coaches and teachers of best practice we also quickly saw the results of our visual learning approach. So we narrowed our focus on Sales Process and Sales Pipeline Management Process and resolved to become the best in the world in these two critical areas.
